The April 2013 2-Minute Plank Challenge!
Inspired by the hard work of my fitness accountability Facebook page members, I created the plank challenge to work our way up to a 2-minute plank.
Check out the schedule below. We’ll start with 30 seconds and work our way up to 2 minutes gradually. So invite your friends and take a quick 2 minutes out of your day to build your core and strengthen your back!
