Getting back on track

I’ve been slacking on workouts lately. Like a lot. I sometimes half-arse a workout on Mondays, an hour of kickboxing on Tuesday (and I skipped it this week), boxing (and a few rare weeks weight lifting) on Wednesdays, 45 minutes of kickboxing on Thursdays, rest on Fridays, run at least 5k on Saturdays, run at least 5k on Sundays. Etc.

It’s the same week after week and I feel like a sludge of fudge. I got a Killer Buns & Thighs DVD. I got the Jillian Michaels’ Crossbar, but I just can’t get in the groove right now.

I don’t know what it is, but I always seem to go through these ebb and flow periods of working out.

I need something to motivate me. The half marathon just burnt me out.

Bluh. Ideas?
