Mary J. Blige had it right when she sang, “No More Drama!” I consider myself a moderately patient person. I like to think I can put up with things that others may find absolutely irritating. (I’m sure people find me absolutely irritating.) But there comes a point where it’s hard not to get caught up in all the drama of life–work, relationships, money, family, etc.
Sometimes I find myself getting caught up or even accidentally perpetuating drama. And then I think to myself, “Carolyn! What is your problem? Think about things before you do them!”
BUT! But, but, but, but, but! I’m going to try to be more conscious of how I live and how I affect other people. It’s hard when other people’s drama seems to be dumped in your lap. What do you do with it? How do you respond? I don’t know exactly, but I know I need to be more positive.
I’m also getting super excited about something coming in the near future! More details as we get closer to the event.
Also watch this: “I’m tired of chasing my dreams. I’m just going to find out where they’re going and meet up with them later.”
