Busy days and nights!

Sean and I have gotten into a recipe rut. We make the same dishes over and over (hence the newest recipe: Vegetarian Sloppy Joes). After spending a large chunk of time this weekend researching recipes that will both provide some variety in our lives and satisfy Sean’s picky palate, I think I’ve come up with a list of pretty tasty and vegetarian recipes like

I’m super-excited to try all these new recipes. I’m even more excited because my mom is coming down from Tennessee this weekend. Who better to try new recipes on/with?

This week has also been busy in terms of workouts. On Monday, Sean and I lifted weights at home. I got up at 4:30 on Tuesday to try the YMCA’s new early hours! I ran intervals for 30 minutes, then swam my tri length. I made it home in time for a shower and breakfast before heading to work!

I’ll probably try the early running/swimming routine again Friday morning, and I only have two soccer games this Saturday and a break on Sunday (thank God)! My toes really need some time to recover from those two weekends of 6 games.
