I went to bed early Friday night, and by early, I mean I took at nap at 7:30, got up at 9 to wash my face and my teeth, and then went back to bed. Those Friday nights are the best.

Saturday Sean and I got up at 5:30 for a 12-miler. It was rough. Sean made me run up hills that I did not want to run. I said things about Sean under my breath that I wouldn’t say in person. Sean puts up with so much crap!

After that, we had breakfast, showered took a few naps. We made it to the grocery store somehow, and even made some homemade wheat thins (sans all that weird junk that’s in the store-bought kind).

We went to anew-to-us restaurant, Yeah! Burger. Delicious veggie burgers and fries. Yum!

Sunday we got up early and went on a long trip down the river. We were so hungry afterward, we stopped at Moe’s for lunch. Hello bean burrito! Then, of course, I took a nap.

But I also made these delicious granola bars and this yummy soup, which will serve as lunch and dinner throughout the week. Yes, please.

Best weekend ever.

Other things I did:

  • Got a hair cut
  • Spent too much money
  • Ate too many cinnamon rolls
  • Slept. A lot.
