Free Workout Videos

Yesterday was a pretty good Monday. I tried to stay focused on having a good attitude, and I think I did pretty well. Work went by quickly and I felt like I accomplished a lot. Monday seems to be the day that everyone wants to call me. My phone rings off the hook on Mondays.

Too busy for Pudge

Mondays are too busy for Pudge.

I had the delicious soup and homemade wheat thins I mentioned in yesterday’s post. It was probably the best lunch I’ve had in a long time. I know a lot of people are turned off my soup in the summer, but, man, do I love it!

Before work, I did the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Week 1 DVD. It wasn’t too bad. I was planning to run a few quick miles with Sean after work, but it was pouring by the time I got home. So I chose ice cream instead. Not the most healthy way to start a Monday. :/ There’s always today though!
